Thread: be a effective teacher.

Why is it so hard to understand children, when i myself like children? I spend time with my brother who is a toddler, but still, sometimes, i cant make part of his desires. Like that of a toy that he remembers after school, or a cartoon that he expects everyday even though he cannot understand time. How can I make myself, as a teacher one day, be like a cartoon that is enjoyed by my students?
