Why it is Fun Working with Children

It is very fun working with children. Parents have responsibilities in taking care of their kids. Of course, that responsibility is not limited to the supplication of basic needs. It is very essential to feed their children, give them clothes, and provide their needs. However, it is also very important for parents to show their love and support. Teachers are also known as the second parents. A huge percentage of a person’s life is spent inside the classrooms. That is why teachers have the responsibility to make better individuals out of those little kids. They should also give the love and support to those kids as if they were their actual children. Both parents and teacher have responsibilities to make those children better people.

Tips in Working with Children

Even if it is fun to work with children, it is not very easy to handle them. That case is true especially with the toddlers and kindergarteners. All they do is play and cry. They do not listen most of the time. However, parents should really be patients with them. They should understand that it takes time for those little ones to grow into maturity. They are still young, and all the parents need to do is to show their love and support.
Strategies in Working with Children

Certain strategies could be implemented in dealing with children. Some think that rewards are great incentives to make them listen. For example, those who pay attention and those who obey their parents could be given certain rewards. Those prices could be anything that the children really want to have. Those things might be candies, chocolates, or even toys. Whatever happens, teachers and parents are reminded never to loose their temper. Patience is they if they want their relationship to work well with those little kids. It is very fun working with children even if it is difficult.

Teaching and parenting are probably the two hardest jobs on the planet. Patience is the absolute key in dealing with any child whether it be yours or someone elses. On the first day of school, I teach the rules of the classroom and enforce those rules throughout the year. If you give a child guidelines, at least he knows his boundaries and that is the first and most important step in dealing with children.

I think it's fun working with kids because they have such a wonder about the world still and are seeing a lot of things with fresh eyes. Also, it's not only beneficial to do creative and fun things with them, they typically respond better to it compared with an older crowd.

Homework is right, kids are just full of curiosity. It seems like when you get to be an adult you lose sight of this. Little things no longer amaze you and you become very serious. If your around kids all day, you have a constant reminder of how wonderful things use to be. You can really slow down and see things again. Teaching is a joy, even though there are tough days.

Children are a delight to work with because they are in a continual mode of discovery. They know no limits and will be spontaneously open and frank at the same time that they are vulnerable. Their laughter and joy is evidence of every new thing they experience.

Children are not the easiest people to deal with, but working with them can be both a pleasurable and enriching experience. Just as you think that you're the one teaching them, you might be surprised to realize that you're actually picking up a lesson or two from them, too.

Every child has hidden talent inside him and working with him, enhances the skills of child and probably helps parent to do work fast.

I love working with children particularly young children, and I have to disagree with the statement that all they do is "play and cry". That implies that those are the ONLY two things kids do. They also learn and much of that learning comes through playing and interacting socially with other children and adults.

Where else can you work where you work with people who don't judge you... Love you as you are... Make you smile everyday... Have the ability to make you laugh and cry all in the same breath (like a best friend would)... Let you remember how to have mindless fun....

kids teach us patience, virtue, the value of friendship, peace, calm, the value of time....

I especially love the pre-k and kindergarten ages. I had a little girl crawl into my lap during circle time and say "Mrs C I like you... You feel like a Mommy".
