KidZui - The Internet for Kids?

Has anyone tried KidZui? It's supposed to be a safe Internet experience for kids.

    Fun but limited research capabilities

My daughter (11) has tried it. It's really designed for young children to have fun on the Internet, but not a very useful search engine. I could see it in the classroom for K-2 students, but my daughter was highly restricted in access to sites for a research report, so I sent her to KidsClick!, which prescreens material for appropriateness.

KidZui is more about animation and cool graphics for young kids. PC Magazine did a good review of it: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,2321739,00.asp
