I'm attending a 5 day inservice provided by my district this week, paid. Sort of; paid about 1/3 the regular daily rate.
The inservice is presented by Brad Fulton, a math teacher from Redding, CA and the author of several math books/units.
After the first day, I can recommend taking a look at his stuff.
Today we worked with menus, tangrams, some basic math templates, and fibonacci numbers. We did basic arithmetic, mathematical reasoning, geometry, statistics, and probability as well as algebra; open activities that could be modified for use K-8th grade.
I don't know what he has planned for the rest of the week, but today was sure productive! It was a large room; about 200 people in attendance. It was noisy, but these teachers were talking math literally all day!

Give the pupils something to do, not something to learn; and the doing is of such a nature as to demand thinking; learning naturally results. -- John Dewey
