Give the pupils something to do, not something to learn; and the doing is of such a nature as to demand thinking; learning naturally results. -- John Dewey
Ok, well first I would send a doll (beanie baby) to your class, with letters from my class. Then you would read the letters and so on... then you would send those letters back to me, and a new set of letters (written by your class) and the doll to another school anywhere in the world. This would coninue... and then the last person would send it back to me.
If you are instersted please e-mail me andrew116@aol.com or post a reply.
***I would like to send to places like CA, FL, A state in middle america Canada, China(?), Japan(?) India(?), and any other places!!!
Hi there! Would you like to have Alaska on your list?? We did this with Flat Stanley last year and some of the kids had a really nice time with it.
Would you be providing the address of the next school that we would need to send it to, or would we have to solicit on our own?? Would these letters be contained in a journal of some sort or do you want them separate?
Please let me know. I'll try to check back here soon.

Hey! Welcome Liz! And to the OP.....welll....I accepted a "Bear" last year....my kids were REALLY excited about him, we took pictures of him everywhere, sent a TONNE of stuff back home with him....and never heard a single word of reply.... SO...I wish you all the best, and hope you get lots of offers, but please remember the receiving class are just as excited. Mine were quite upset that we never even heard if the little bear made it home safe

Well, I would send it to the first school then in the book (that's a good idea) I would add the future addresses! Alaska is great, if everyone who wants to do can e-mail me we can get started!
