They look wonderful! You should be proud!
I've been having my Kindergarten class look at a different artist each month and then do an art work in the style of the artist. We started with Andy Warhol's Marilyn. Then Mondrian's squares and last week we did Kandinsky's concentric circles. The children are justifiably proud of their work (so am I).
Next month, we'll do Van Gogh's Starry Night.

Here are the Van Gogh Starry Night paintings and the Ted Harrison paintings. For February, we'll do flower paintings a la Georgia O'Keeffe.

Wow, that is impressive. I used to work with Pre-K students, and it's amazing the difference that one year can make. Their fine motor skills are more in-tuned by the time they reach Kindergarten, and those artwork show that. And... two thumbs up for creativity!!!
Here are our latest art projects. Georgia O'Keeffe and Henri Matisse
Next on the agenda are Paul Klee, Pablo Picasso and finally, Jackson Pollack.

I love you children's art work. You really know how to get the best out of them.

Those are beautiful!

Give the pupils something to do, not something to learn; and the doing is of such a nature as to demand thinking; learning naturally results. -- John Dewey
Here is my latest art project: Paul Klee I'm really pleased with these ones. It might be my favourite...but then I think that every time.
