AK, AR, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, ID, IA, KY, ME, MD, MA, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, Washington DC, and Canada or Mexico
