[quote="abcstudent"]POSTCARD EXCHANGE PROJECT
77 participants represent 63 Countries
(This is a "one time one postcard" exchange to each participant)
Some teachers are interested to have a similar project running. (see: Postcards exchange around the world)
Exchanging postcards with people from different countries is something personal. It helps increasing the multi-cultural understanding that benefits humanity.
The pupils get to know about other places around the world and encourage their studies for Subjects English, Geography and Social Studies as well.
It does open their mind wider about other cultures and world awareness.
Above of all we want to build ties of friendships among all nations. Our students are the main members of this project, they will continue the care of world awareness and humanity in their future.
Please don't hesitate if you want to participate;
I will email you all the teachers email addresses or school addresses
who have joined to the project.
This is a long-term program.
Our goal is to get as many countries as possible.
So that our students have the chance to see postcards from all around the world and to read messages from around the world.
Please confirm if you want to participate to the
postcard project by emailing to:

We want to keep this group friendly and solid.
Read the following conditions:
1a. This is a one-time-one-postcard-swap to each of the members.
1b. You may swap more with any members. If doing so, you need an agreement from the other member you want to swap with.
2. Please send a short message to members via email, when sending out and/or receiving postcards.
Please be patient some members are busy and do not reply quickly.
3. A new member will start to purchase and send postcards to old members. But I recommend old members to send new members as soon as possible, instead of waiting. Every member has a digit number.
4. Write a paragraph on the postcard about your country (not for US members), state, city or related to the postcard.
5. Write the addresses clearly. Some countries are not very familiar with alphabet cursive handwriting. (I print addresses on labels and stick them on the postcards)
6. Remeber! Mailing postcards oversea or to other countries have different expenses.
7. This project is ment for students and the love of kids!
If there are more questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
Thank you
Kim Yang

Give the pupils something to do, not something to learn; and the doing is of such a nature as to demand thinking; learning naturally results. -- John Dewey
Thank you very much. I'm pretty sure, my students will love to read your card.
I will let you know when it arrives....
