I am a learning support teacher at a junior high school with around 1,200 students. The building is 7th and 8th grade. Next year for the first time, we are moving to "teaming". I have never been involved with teaming before, but it sounds as if it is going to be effective. I just have one question: Where does that leave learning support teachers and co-teaching? How does your school do this?

Its a good effort by your school.Co-teaching with teaming is a good way to learn anything. Be co operative with each other within the team. Good luck.
