Develop a list of five to seven questions to use in conducting an interview with an educator who has at least 10 years of experience working with students with disabilities. In conducting the interview, be sure to focus on the pros and cons of the type of special education services that have been provided over the years. Ask questions like: Who do you think today's leaders are? What are the contributing factors that have brought special education to where it is today?
