I haven't been on here for a while, but am really sorry to say that Cascade the budgie addicted to Teacherfocus.com has passed away. He died in my arms, snuggling me, on 15/1/07.

I will miss him and still miss him alot.

I bought another budgie, whom I called Tenzing and we are still getting to know each other.

I'm a bird person too. I currently have two tiels and a love bird.

Late last year I lost a favorite tiel, a gray one, that I had had for ages. Losing something you love is always tough.

I love birds too. When my 11 year old tiel named Thibodaux died, I was so sad. He was precious and I still miss him 6 years later.

Its been a year since Cassie died.
I thought I would have moved on
but it still hurts

Yes, it still hurts. They are so embedded in our lives and hearts.
