Good Morning
I am looking for some advise on my future education. I am an older first year teacher working at a remote school in Northern Alberta Canada. I am an elementary generalist who has a strong interest in special education.
I would like to continue my education - Masters - and being an elementary generalist makes me a dime a dozen so with a background in special ed, I would like to go this route. Employers are drawn to the special ed background but want the education to back it.
My community is remote and going to a university is not possible. I need either distance education or an online program. There is a ton of schools out there, but I need some advise on what is worthwhile and recognized. Can anyone offer suggestions?
