Future teacher needs help from a 5th grade teacher

I am currently enrolled in an Educational Pschology class and I have a paper due soon. What I am looking for is a generalization on the behavoir of a 5th grade classroom. I also need information about the social and learning patterns in the class. If anyone can help me, I would extremely appreciate it.

I was a fifth grade teacher from 1982-1984 but my students were atypical since they were all children from Mexican migrant families.

A great deal of what you need may be found in the following links to articles and chatboard threads.

    Best wishes,

    David
