Thread: How to read a salary scheduel( c1 c2,c6..)?

I'm not sure what c1, c2 and c6 refer to on yours.

Our salary schedule is in steps and lanes. Each lane represents a certain level of education. I'm in the BA lane (no grad credits yet). You only switch lanes when you add grad credits. The steps refer to years of service. As you gain years of experience, you move up the steps.

If this schedule is on a website point it to us. there are so many of theese that one has to see it to make sense out of it.
