    Leave of absence count on resume?

    If a teacher took a leave of absence for a semester, do you leave that off your resume (it doesn't count)

    If you date the stuff on your resume, an alert reader will notice the gap in your employment. A leave of absence though, I'd say was excused... Assuming it wasn't to spend time incarcerated or something like that.
