    montessori teacher

    hi!
    this is my first post. i have been a teacher's assistant for the last 6 months at a montessori school. i see a lot of things going on which should not be there, but i am an intern so i kind of keep quiet and keep watching. also they mistreat me from time to time, but i want to finish my internship here so i dont say much. i am learning a lot and the one reason i go back every day is the kids.......i feel they just melt my heart and take away all the pain and hurt.
    i wanted to know if there are other montessori teachers in this forum? and did they have a hard time during internship? also the pay is peanuts.....do any of you feel the same?

    You need to find someone to address your concerns with. Though you don't define "things that should not be", you have a duty to follow this up....
