    Hello, my name is Dori Dennis. I have recently completed by Student teaching experience and am currently substitute teaching. I am hoping to obtain a long term substitute position to finish out the school year. My district applications are almost complete and I look forward to those interviews!!
    I am glad to have found this site and look forward to the advice of fellow colleagues.

    Hi Dori and welcome! Congrats on completion of student teaching and good luck on getting that position you want! I also finished in December (many years ago!) and found a long-term sub position to finish out the year. It's a nice way to get your foot in the door and my position that spring let to a contract offer in the same school for the following year. Good luck with the interview process -- I enjoy interviewing but I know a lot of people find it quite nerve-wracking! Nice to meet you -- Leslie
