    New teacher poem/story

    Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of a poem/story about a mother seeing her daughter get ready for her first day of school. The whole time you, as the reader, think the daughter is a little girl going to kindergarten when, in fact, its a first year teacher going to her first day of school. I would like to give this poem/story to my mother as a birthday present, but I cannot find it anywhere! Can anyone help??

I've heard that story. It is a book. I can't recall the title though.

    Good luck!
I've heard that four out of every three people have trouble with fractions.

    Hi there,
This sounded like an interesting book so I went to BarnesandNoble.com to see if I could find it. I believe it is called First Day Jitters by Julie Danneberg and Illustrated by Judy Love . I just read the synopsis and it talked about the twist at the end where Sarah Jane is the teacher. I hope this is the one you are looking for!!
