    Praxis II Help!!!

I am currently in the throes of preparing for the Praxis II General Science Test, however, upon reviewing what would be covered, I couldn't help but feel a bit overwhelmed. It has been quite some time since I've studied science and some of the subjects are completely foreign to me (ie. Oceanography and Astronomy). I feel as if I have to start from the beginning in most of the subjects that will be tested, however, I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to how I should study and what I should focus on, so as to maximize my time and efficiency. Any and all concerns, advice, and comments would be greatly appreciated.

I had to take the PII history test. Was pretty overwhelmed too. To study I took practices tests of the NTE and anything else I could find. Develop your test taking skills, eliminating answers etc...study overview material. To help with my grad comps I journaled everything I studied on a blog. Then just before comps I reviewed everything.

    good luck...

    praxis

When I took the PRAXIS II math test, I studied the night before with people/friends who had taken the test before. Because they gave me insight into what types of problems were on the test... saved my butt!

    ~good luck!
