    Independent study in math

I teach 6th grade math (etc.) at an International school in Sweden.

Because we have students entering and leaving our school at all times of the year and because of the varying backgrounds of students I find I need some independent projects for those who are beyond our core curriculum.

They would have computer access if necessary.

I'd appreciate ideas of any good projects that you have encountered.

Boy am I glad I heard about this site!

    Tack så mycket!

    Trevligt att råkas!

Here's a great site that lists hundreds of lesson plans. It's called the lesson plan page and can be found at:

You may use this site to look up specific lessons or to find links to other math sites.

    I hope this helps.

    Best wishes,

    David
