David Chinn--What is going on?

I have been away for a few weeks and I think I missed something.

I was going to ask David a food question but I see his posts are were deleted, I assume by him. What is up?

Yikes, you missed it. Take a look at this conversation that went south.http://www.teacherfocus.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=8073&highlight= I think many of us are, well, "floored" is a word that leaps to my mind.

But what's your food question anyway? I love talking about food!
If you can't be kind, at least be vague.

I completely missed it too. I am in the dark.

The problem is, Bitsy, you have to put FOOD in it - not just turn it on.

Ahhh....I get it now. Oh well.

As for the food thing:

I am tired of the traditional American Holiday fare and, since I am the cook, it is my call. NO MORE TURKEY OR HAM. I will explain this further when I am ready. long and sad story.

I have run Salmon and wild game past the family and got a few raised eye brows. I have sources for both.

Any ideas besides that? Christmas needs to be pretty special.
