You know, I believe in God. I pray. I believe God can do miracles. I also believe God gave man knowledge and the ability to use common sense. Why does it never occur to radicals such as this that God can work through medicine too? Sad.

This bothers me. I firmly believe in faith healings, and that sometimes praying is the only option. But if there is medicine to treat something, I think we should treat it.
God isn't some cheap carnival showman. He doesn't do miracles to save us a trip to the doctor. He performs miracles when they are necessary for His plan.

What gets me most about this is, they didn't even try to have her looked at in the first place. Miracles can occur out of thin air but diagnoses don't.
