    full house

Well daughter-in-law has moved in to a studio apt in Baltimore and started law school this week. Dear Son moved back home over the weekend. He has two jobs here and just could not afford to go job hunting up there and probably not make as much money and they'd be living somewhere with a way higher cost of living. So they'll spend a few years doing the weekend thing just like when they were college.

I don't even want to think about all the moving around of stuff in our house we've done in the last three days. Suffice it to say that my huge jam-packed full office is now upstairs so DS could have the downstairs office with adjoining bath as his room. All their house stuff is in those smartbox thingies for the time being.

I've got a great new office though and the boys are BOTH downstairs. They share a den and each have their own bedroom and bath.

I'm so sore I can hardly move. I've got no business moving furniture and boxes of books and crap around but you know -- I just can't sit and watch others work. And nobody would let me snoopervise -- so I just pitched in with the lighter furniture and boxes.

Oh man do I feel it today!!

I feel your pain. I just finished helping one of my college buddies move out of his second-floor apartment. Couches, appliances, etc. I think we hauled like 20 pickup loads out. We moved him about an hour and a half away into a small house- which already had stuff in it. I'm glad I don't have to sort it out. But I have a few cuts and other minor dings now....
