How cute! I remember my daughters first big CHristmas... At 1 pm we finally had to open gifts ourselves..she took FOREVER!
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! We had a nice day. Went to church and then mostly lounged around the house. Grace was funny with gifts. She opened the first one and then wanted to stop and play with it and forget about the others. When we finally got her to open a second one, she did the same thing. So, hubs ended up opening the majority of her gifts for her. She got Elmo Knows Your Name, which she loves, Baby Chou Chou, an elmo travel bag and backpack, lots of books, a stroller for her baby dolls, a toy shopping cart and play food, Crayola Color Wonders markers, a notebook, and an Elmo hoodie, which, of course, she had to wear right away!

Because family lived so far away, we had Christmas for days, since no one was there but us. We opened gifts at the rate of one a day - two on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Christmas can be so overwhelming for little ones. We didn't do this when they got older, of course. they would have shot us.![]()

Happy New Year Sandy!
I joined this group several weeks ago but haven't visited very much. It was so nice to see the pic of Grace. My she has grown up so much!
My daughter-in-law is doing great and the March 12 due date can't get here any sooner for me! We did find out she is having a boy. We didn't want to know but they were so excited and wanted to tell us.
My husband and I were over in DuBois today and I discovered that a Bruster's Ice Cream store is now in the Lowes Plaza! I love their ice cream!
School is not much fun anymore. We have a 74 yr. old nun for a principal and it's Catholic school -1955! I stay in my room and try to avoid her . I'm so glad I have a nice group of kids this year.
Take care now and enjoy the rest of your vacation.

Sandy,
How has our dear Grace been feeling? Have the doctors gotten to the bottom of her difficulties? Hoping for a good year for you all.

I haven't been to the Brusters yet. Have you been to the Meadows by Martins, though? The frozen custard is delish! I have only been there two or three times because I'm sure it's not too points friendly Weight Watchers speaking!ops:

Grace has been feeling pretty well aside from a nasty cough. She's on the breathing treatments once a day until February. She has a check-up next week. But we made it through our first holiday (Christmas) without any illnesses! Yahoo!

Hi Sandy,
I didn't know about Meadows so now I have another place to try. I'll have to work double time at CURVES!
