Hi Everyone. My name is Adam. I am 7th Grade teacher teaching for the past 14 years now. Just wanted to introduce myself and share some great resources with all of you. I found this great site called Stuspots.com. It is a wonderful resource not just for us Teachers but Students and parents as well. They have a section dedicated to apps that can be used in the classroom. Lets face, every person nowadays has either a droid or Iphone. Might as well make the best of it by applying it to students in learning. Not only is the site good for Apps but also educational trip ideas that are available in a class trip setting or with their family. I am old fashsioned and still believe that School field trips are a must for every student. I know my school has gotten massive cut backs but I still encourage students to take trips on their own as well as with families. Stuspots.com is a wonderful resource to look into. They also offer contests for teachers and students to win amazon gift cards as well as an Iphone 5. Great site.
