    I went back to school today!

    Today was my first day back. We spent our morning on a school bus, where we were taken on one of the bus routes just to get a feel for the distance some of the kids ride every day. I was carsick even WITH medicine! We rode about 50 miles worth of curvy, mountain routes. Some of our kids get on the bus at 6:20 in the morning. 8O

    We have PD tomorrow, opening day on Wednesday, and kids on Thursday.

    My summer just began! My last day with kids (in the summer program) was Friday - graduation ceremony. I have 2 weeks off before inservice begins. During that time, an old friend is coming to town, so I get to pretend I'm a tourist for 5 days or so.

    Hope you have a great start to the new year, Ima! I'm looking forward to a few days of peace and relaxation before getting back into it all.
    I've heard that four out of every three people have trouble with fractions.
