Bitsy, it turned out to be wonderful. We went to our normal favorite, but we don't go their often because it is expensive. Bob called them this afternoon and asked if they had lobster by chance. The guy said no, but he'd see what he could do. We get there and are greeted with anniversary wishes, then the waiter came and said....So you are having steak and lobster tonight. The guy did get some from somewhere, and it was wonderful. It was right up there with the place that closed.

Oh I made them. Ron and I decided when we were first married and had a little dinky kitchen that I would cook inside and he would cook outside. He has cooked inside when I've been too sick to get out of bed though. He can, but it's better when he cooks outside :!:

Your dinner sounds wonderful. Two nights in a row! Wow! I guess 33 years diserves that.

jennyi, I'm so glad you were still able to have your special dinner. Nothing like getting the red carpet treatment huh? That was really nice of them to do.

33 years is a wonderful achievement. I can't wait to see how far you can stretch out your 50th!

Bitsy: My dog makes ME tired just looking at it. Oh that I would have half its energy!
