    Last Offer

Don't mean to be a pest (something I specialize in), but I wanted to make one more attempt at offering to anyone who may be interested a look at what I've written so far (the beginning of a novel I'm working on).

I realize everyone's busy. Matter of fact, as I buckle down and churn out the pages full-bore here soon, I doubt I'll be around this forum much (is that applause I hear?).

So, I'm just looking for objective, honest opinions on what I have so far. I've had a couple friends look at it and they like it, but again, they are long-time friends and while I appreciate their imput, I believe they may be biased without even knowing it. I can take criticisim. If it sucks, I want to know. I just need any kind of imput from educated people.

And again, if no one is interested, that's cool too. Just wanted to make the offer and maybe get some advice/feedback before I invest the time and energy into this project.

I'll take a look and give you an honest opinion.

Aww, h**l. I'll volunteer but I make no guarantees about timeliness.

I do NOT volunteer, either. I can say no, nada, nyet. Now, if only they would find a Sunday School teacher to replace me. Anyone interested?

Two more classes, one portfolio, and it is DEGREE time!

Okay, I'll give it a glance. I hope it's fiction; I'm not very good at non-fiction. What do you want me to do?

Yea, it's straight fiction. What's your email address so I can ship it?
