novel reviews

This is completely off topic, but I have been working on a book, a novel, and I need some gentle feedback. The title is Sessions, and I have the skeleton version posted at http://www.rosedog.com If anyone is interested in reading it, you will need to sign in as a Reader, and search, keyword Sessions. After reading, there is a box for feedback. I do have one publisher that has asked for the full manuscript after I queried it. I sent it off, but have not yet heard. Warning: there is some profanity. Thanks to anyone who cares to read.

I read the first three chapters - it sounds great, very polished. (I didn't read further because I knew if I read all 43 pages it would kill me not to be able to finish it!

Good luck with the publisher. Last spring I had a publisher ask to see three chapters of a book I'm writing, and I didn't follow through (don't ask me why...I've just lost interest in writing the last couple of years - other concerns, I think -- but I do want to get back into it).

Thank you for reading. The book is there from start to finish. I have just condensed parts so that all could read more quickly. If anyone wishes to read it as it is on the site, sort of a long short story, then please do.

I have also started and stopped this writing project, but I am committed to finishing it now. I am encouraged with a few positive responses, especially the ones that are not vanity presses. I do not want to publish if I must pay. The writing is a major part of who I am.
