    Pictures of my classroom

I took these earlier in the day and when they came into paint, I just wanted outa there, so there are few after pix. I'll get some of those next week. I did get a few things done before I took the pix, but there are extra chairs every where.

If you click the pix here, it will take you to a bigger one.

I'm trying out a new room arrangement.

That thing in the middle of the counter really bugs me, but the room is used by sunday school and boy scouts.

This is one shot that I wanted to get another shot of. I've got more up here now about setting up a tech manual section in their notebooks.

This is an alternative to the tables at an angle. I like the angle, but this gives me more center of the room exposure for some kinesthetic things -- like walking a coordinate plane.

Fun, Bitsy. Interesting arrangement of you tables. I know you keep your room to a minimum as the room is used over the weekend. Kids might come up with their own arrangement of the tables.

it took a mathamatician to come up with that arrangement. Actually, I like it. I'm trying to come up with something interesting in my room, but somewhat limited with desks of every size.

Nice room. I've never been a big fan of tables (the sight of them seems to cause 9th graders to revert to preschool).

I've always wondered if I'd like tables. Several of our teachers have gone to the tables that seat two students. (I think they have a place for books under the table, too.)

Your room reminds me a lot of my former classroom . . . only mine was a lot smaller.

I'm too picky . . . it would make me crazy for people to use my classroom on a regular basis.

I love what you did with what you have! I can't say I'm a fan of tables, though. It makes it really hard if you have students that don't work well with cueing and placing them in the front. Desks are so much easier to seperate people.

As a roving teacher, I'd say it makes many teachers, possibly the majority, crazy.
