    Just who pays for the cost of the food you are serving? Prime rib is expensive. 8O The ingredients of the food must come from some budget or account. If it comes from your budget, that takes away from the students.

    You can always explain to the board members that you are sure that they want to observe the program in its actual routine having heard how conscientious they are about their jobs. If someone remarks about the lack of jackets, you can allude to knowing that they are fiscally responsible with the taxpayers money.
