    Writing prompts for August

On the site linked below you can find a writing prompt based on historical events and character traits for every week day in August. I hope they will be useful, as they are, or as modified to meet your needs.

    Thanks!

Loved both sites. My supplemental job is writing, and some days it's hard to get started. I remember from the days of my wasted youth that my instructors told me that writer's block could best be avoided by just writing about something . . . anything . . . and eventually I'd be ready to work on my chosen topic. This post was a fantastic reminder of that advice from my distant past. I really appreciate it!
